Can i just say that i love pulled meat??? Anything pulled, splattered with sauce and snuggled between a soft warm potato roll, i dont know, just warms my heart. These pulled chicken mini bites are no exception!
We did these for a Party last year, and can i just add that the host was very impressed. These little sweeties are not too tricky to put together, and if you can manage to get the balance or sour and sweet right in your sauce, you are in for one heck of pulled sandwich my friend!
